●All ideas in a paragraph must have a logical flow. This step focuses on the three features that a paragraph should have;unity, development, and clarity, as well as completing each paragraph’s idea and transitioning into the next paragraph.

●This final step focuses on overall written accuracy and style with a focus on avoiding problems related to grammatical aspects and punctuation. Dealing with wordiness issues and using passive/active voice effectively will also be introduced.
